Mantras are affirmations that you repeat several times out loud when you are in a meditative state. They require more concentration and time.

As you say them out loud, your voice creates a vibration that enters into your mind and body to program your subconscious mind for success.

Mantras become imprinted in your brain which then manifest in your belief system.

Whether you decide to use mantras or affirmations, always make sure they only contain positive messages. 

Visualizations to Further Enhance Your Self-Love

Visualizations are another tool that you can use to program your subconscious mind for success. You can also combine affirmations with visualizations.

To do visualizations related to increasing self-love, close your eyes. And imagine yourself surrounded by a waterfall of pink light. This light represents unconditional love and acceptance, two things that you need to give yourself more of.

See the light getting brighter until it fills up your entire field of vision. Then imagine the light entering into your body through your crown chakra, and filling up every cell of your body with its warmth and love.

Allow yourself to really feel the love emanating from the pink light as it fills up your entire being. Stay in this visualization for as long as desired before opening your eyes and coming back into the present moment.
