Cancelation Policy for Sessions
Sessions need to be scheduled within 5 days of purchase, or it will be considered a cancelation by you. Sessions can be scheduled up to 3 months in advance from the current date. No exchanges for other services or products.
You may reschedule your session only once. There are no refunds when you cancel a session.
If I cancel your session, then you can choose between receiving a full refund or rescheduling.
Zero Tolerance Policy
You agree to engage respectfully and lawfully in all interactions associated with our services, including but not limited to our website, private social media groups, membership areas, online course areas, and digital content platforms.
Any conduct deemed inappropriate in the past or present, including but not limited to the use of abusive, harmful, or defamatory language; harassment; dishonesty or misrepresentation; attempts to scam or defraud; sharing paid files with others; or solicitation of money or financial transactions from other users, is strictly prohibited. This applies to all forms of communication, including posts, comments, and private or direct messages.
We maintain a zero tolerance policy for such behavior. Any violation, as determined in our sole discretion, may result in immediate termination of your access to any and all services, both free and paid, including but not limited to private groups, memberships, courses, and digital resources, without prior notice.
In the event of termination for violation of this policy, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including for any MP3 files purchased less than 30 days from the date of your violation of this policy. This includes, without limitation, any prepaid membership fees or unused portions of subscription terms.
