When this happens, it is a bold sign that an energetic block has risen to the surface within your system. 

What you do with this energetic block determines the speed at which you can resume traveling on a smoother path. Burying emotions only pushes them deeper into your energetic system, where they will appear again at a later date, often when it is not a good time. 

Each time you remember a memory that has past trauma or hurt attached to it, be sure to properly release it at the energetic level. This is how you clear it out of your system and free yourself to move forward.
