When memories of the past and old wounds appear, they show you where healing and release are needed. These are surfacing because they no longer serve you. It is essential to release this old energy to move forward in life.

As you release old energy, you open to welcoming new and better things into your life. Whether it is relationships, a job, a new home, or even just situations, release the tight grip from the ego mind wanting to cling onto past wounds.

You will only be provided with better situations and new opportunities after you release old energy. Therefore, you must first fully let go of what no longer serves you.

Take a moment to reflect on where you are stuck in life and what direction you want to go in. What situations in your life do you dislike?

Are you stuck in a job or a career that is not fulfilling or that you dislike? Ask the angels for assistance in attracting a new job with a new employer who will treat you well while providing the income you need.

Are you struggling with money to meet your human needs? Or are you being held back in any way from reaching your biggest dreams? Becoming aware of where you are stuck aids you in discovering the old energy you need to release.

Do you feel anger or negativity when you are around certain people? Whether through relationships with relatives, friends, or neighbors who trigger you, notice how each person makes you feel.

Review each relationship in your life. Is someone holding you back? Release them if possible, or limit time with people who drain you until you ascend higher and have mastered energy protection.

If you release someone from your life, know that the universe will bring you someone new who matches your higher vibration.

Honor your emotions fully without judgment. Each emotion you feel is real and shows you the truth about the types of energy within your system. Your feelings reveal where you need to release old energy, which is causing struggles and challenges.
